Recommendations from The Troupe
One thing I'm always looking for is my next really-great, can't-put-it-down-for-even-a-second, oops-I-forgot-to-eat book. And I'm sure that's true of my readers too--after all, that's one thing we share: a love of books and stories.
However, I'm not the fastest reader by any stretch of the imagination, so I can't always get through all the book recommendations I receive (and certainly not in a timely manner). So I thought I would periodically gather them all, then pass them on to you, my readers! After all, you may--ok, probably--read more books than I do.
Without further ado, here are the books Troupe members have recommended to me over the past few months:
Inescapable (The Premonition Series Book 1) by Amy A Bartol: Hey I read this one! And I liked it!
I Am Malala: The Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban by Malala Yousafzai with Christina Lamb: I read this one too! And I liked it too (though completely different from Inescapable).
The Solomon Curse (A Fargo Adventure Book 7) by Clive Cussler and Russell Blake: From what I can tell, it looks like you don't need to read these books in order (i.e. it's totally fine to start with Book 7). That said, I haven't gotten to this one yet, so I don't know for sure.
