But that's the thing. Eleanor was pretty much a terrible person during her life on Earth, someone that I would never have a woman-crush on. But over the course of The Good Place Season 1, we learn about how Eleanor got that way, i.e. that it's not all her fault. And current-Eleanor reforms and tries to be a good person. Sometimes it's two steps forward and one step back, but she tries. And even succeeds!

That's why I have a woman-crush on Eleanor Shellstrop. She works hard at improving herself and doesn't stay discouraged when she fails. Of course, it doesn't hurt that she's played by one of my favorite actresses, Kristen Bell.
